Repco, DR./ Phelon Parts specializes in winding very fine copper wire, becoming one of the largest secondary coil winding facilities in the world. Our integration of labor and machine intensive manufacturing processes have made us a leader in ignition products and high voltage technology.

Custom manufacturing is available for a wide variety of products. Facilities and trained staff in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic allow for valuable flexibility to meet our manufacturing needs which exceeds 14 million ignition units a year with only one shift.
