Injection Moulding FacilitiesRepco, DR. /Phelon Parts, Caribbean operations, has a fully capable plastic injection moulding shop to support manufacturing of a variety of product lines.
Moulding capacity ranges from 80 tons to 400 tons, using combined hydraulic and electric technology.
Products are currently produced using Polypropylene, nylon, Vandar® and other Plastics. Plasma etching is also available to allow flexibility for additional enhancement of product.
